Yes, our prices include all applicable taxes and fees. There are no hidden charges.
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
Once full payment is received, you receive complete usage rights for commercial, internal, and marketing purposes. We may feature selected works in our portfolios or marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.
Is photo retouching included in the quote?
Standard retouching is included. Advanced work such as detailed retouching, or additional versions can be added at an extra cost.
How does the booking process work?
Step 1: Brief - Tell us what you need: location, shoot type, and timeline. You’ll receive an instant or tailored quote based on your request.
Step 2: Book - Secure your date with a 20% deposit. We handle everything from briefing to coordination, edits, and logistics.
Step 3: Shoot - Our crew captures everything exactly as outlined in your brief. All details are confirmed in advance for a seamless experience.
Step 4: Delivery - Receive your final files fast, fully edited and ready to use. If needed, we’ll refine the edits to perfectly match your vision.
How soon will I receive my photos?
RAW files are delivered within 24 business hours. Retouched photos are shared within 48 business hours after receiving your editing instructions.
Do you offer ongoing editing or retainer options?
Yes. Many of our clients retain us for ongoing production, editing, and content support across campaigns.
Do you provide on-location and studio shoots?
We provide both. The majority of our shoots take place on location, but studio setups can be arranged upon request.
Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
Yes. Complete a booking request to receive a quote. For complex projects, our team may schedule a quick call to confirm details before sending your quote.
